Electric heating tube burst breakdown causes

   1. Power design problem. Electric heating tube power design is too high, the internal heating rate is fast, high temperature, causing the internal expansion of the electric heating tube, while the surface load of the metal outer tube is too large, eventually leading to the tube expansion cracking.

   2. material problems - metal tube material is not qualified, tube wall is too thin, the material itself is not enough temperature resistance and other reasons, are will cause the metal tube pressure resistance performance is reduced.

   3. material problems - magnesium oxide powder. Magnesium oxide powder as thermal conductivity and insulation materials, distributed between the heating wire and the metal tube wall, is one of the electric heating tube is quite important material, magnesium oxide powder itself is not pure enough, too many impurities, moisture, etc. is easy to cause heat gathering tube in a certain location conduction does not go out, when a certain limit will cause a burst tube.

   4. production process problems - sealing treatment is not qualified. Heating tube sealing is not well sealed, resulting in internal moisture, when the high voltage, high current through the short circuit breakdown, resulting in burst.

   5. production process problems - pipe diameter processing problems. This only applies to the heating tube of the mold heating, when the gap between the heating tube and the mold hole is too large, it will cause the heating tube heat can not be conducted to the mold, equivalent to continuous dry burning, which is very dangerous.

   6. use problem - the tube wall is knocked damaged, improper storage, using voltage much higher than the rated voltage, wiring errors are also common causes.

   7. use of the problem - too much liquid impurities. This applies only to the heating tube of the liquid heating, when the liquid impurities too much, impurities will adhere to the surface of the heating tube (such as scale), causing the tube local heat can not be conducted, causing a burst tube.
