How to select the right immersion heater？

1. Whether the power design exceeds the standard.

   Heating water per meter power design within 3KW.

   Heating corrosive liquids or poor water quality, the power design per meter should not exceed 2KW.

   Heating oil power design in 1-2KW per meter.

   Heating air power per meter is designed at 1-1.5KW.

2. Whether the material selection is correct.

For heating liquid.

   Tap water: use SUS304 stainless steel material

   Drinking water: use 316L stainless steel material

   Impurities more water: can use stainless steel 304 + anti-scaling coating

   Oil: normal use of stainless steel 304 material, the pursuit of low cost can also use carbon steel material

   Corrosive liquids: use stainless steel 316, or higher level material.

For heating air.

   Working temperature 100-300 ℃; choose stainless steel 304 material

   Working temperature 400-500 ℃; stainless steel 321 material

   Working temperature 600-700 ℃; selected stainless steel 310S material

   Working temperature 700-800 ℃; choose to use imported Ingles material
