● Polyimide (PI) heater is a highly flexible heating element with excellent dielectric properties and can operate at temperatures from 50℃~200℃. It is made of flexible polyimide film as the outer insulator; metal foil and metal wire as the built-in conductive heating element, which are heat-bonded by high temperature and high pressure. Compared with silicone heating film, PET film or ceramic electric heating film, polyimide is more compact, with variety of shapes, sizes, and wattages, with a high degree of chemical resistance and flexibility.
